Last Updated: September 20, 2026
BD MEDIAX respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners,
creators, publishers, and authorized representatives. We take copyright
complaints seriously and provide a process for reporting material that
you believe infringes your copyright.
This page explains how to submit a copyright complaint concerning content
available through BD MEDIAX.
1. Copyright Complaints
If you believe that copyrighted material has been made available through
BD MEDIAX without authorization, you may contact us with a copyright
infringement notice.
Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the copyrighted
work and locate the specific material you are reporting.
2. Information Required in a Copyright Notice
To help us review a copyright complaint, please include the following
information:
-
Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person
authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. -
Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe has been
infringed. -
The exact URL or other information reasonably sufficient to identify and
locate the material you believe is infringing. -
Your contact information, such as your name, mailing address, telephone
number, and email address. -
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the
material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright
owner, the owner’s agent, or applicable law. -
A statement that the information in your notification is accurate and,
where applicable, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the
copyright owner.
These requirements are based on the elements generally required for a
copyright infringement notification under Section 512(c)(3) of the
U.S. Copyright Act.

information about reporting content.
4. Review of Copyright Complaints
After receiving a sufficiently detailed copyright complaint, we may review
the information provided and the reported material.
Depending on the circumstances, we may remove or disable access to
material that is reasonably identified in a legitimate complaint.
We may request additional information or evidence if the submitted notice
does not contain enough information to evaluate the complaint.
5. Third-Party Embedded Content
Some videos available through BD MEDIAX may be displayed through embedded
players or links provided by third-party websites and video-hosting
services.
Where content is hosted or controlled by a third-party service, we may
review the report and take action within our control. You may also submit
a copyright complaint directly to the third-party service hosting the
material.
6. Counter-Notification
If material is removed or access is disabled following a copyright
complaint, the affected party may contact us to dispute the removal and
provide information explaining why the material was removed as a result
of mistake or misidentification.
Where applicable, a formal DMCA counter-notification may require specific
information, including identification of the removed material, a statement
made under penalty of perjury, contact information, and consent to the
jurisdiction required by applicable law.
We may review any counter-notification received and determine what action
is appropriate based on the circumstances and applicable requirements.
7. False or Misleading Notices
Copyright complaints should only be submitted by copyright owners or
authorized representatives who have a legitimate basis for making the
complaint.
Knowingly submitting materially false or misleading information in a
copyright notice may have legal consequences. The U.S. Copyright Office
notes that misrepresentations in copyright notices can result in
liability.
8. Repeat Infringement
Where applicable to our services and legal obligations, BD MEDIAX may
take appropriate action against accounts or users that repeatedly engage
in copyright infringement.
9. Copyright Ownership
Copyright in videos, photographs, music, graphics, text, and other
creative works generally belongs to the applicable copyright owner or
rights holder.
Nothing in this policy should be interpreted as a statement that BD MEDIAX
owns copyright in material belonging to third parties.
10. Content Removal for Other Legal Reasons
Copyright is not the only basis on which content may be reported.
Individuals may also contact us regarding legitimate privacy, consent,
personal-rights, or other legal concerns.
